What he won&rsquo;t discuss is the fact that the waiting list to get on the waiting list rose from 220,000 in 2012 to 411,283 &ndash; an increase of about 191,000.</font><br /><span></span><br /><span></span>  <font><font color="#000000" size="3">And Education Minister Mr Langbroek is responsible for the number of o</font><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN;"><font color="#000000" size="3">versize prep to year 3 classes rising from 8% to 13% and oversize year </font></span><font color="#000000" size="3">4-7 classes rising from 5% to 11%.</font></font><br /><span></span><br /><span></span>  <font color="#000000" size="3">Another example of doing the same thing over and over again is the repeating the mantra that the Newman Government has been a good economic manager.</font><br /><span></span><br /><span></span>  <font color="#000000" size="3">Mr Springborg repeated this lie again at the media conference following his selection.</font><br /><span></span><br /><span></span>  <font color="#000000" size="3">Fact: The general government debt for 2011/12 was $29.5 billion. It is projected to be $46 billion this year, despite the fact that it sold assets worth $10 billion.</font><br /><span></span><br /><span></span>  <font><font color="#000000" size="3">Fact: The Newman Government promised a </font><span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><font color="#000000" size="3">fiscal surplus of $652 million for 2014/15. It is now forecasting a loss of $2.842 billion.</font></span></font><br /><span></span><br /><span></span>  <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><font color="#000000" size="3">The LNP also said it wanted a new leader with a more empathetic approach.
